وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَسَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ فِي الْبِكْرِ يُزَوِّجُهَا أَبُوهَا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لاَزِمٌ لَهَا .
Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that al-Qasimibn Muhammad and Salim ibn Abdullah and Sulayman ibn Yasar said aboutthe virgin given by her father in marriage without her permission,"That is binding on her." Translation Not Available
