وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ دَخَلَتْ حَفْصَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَعَلَى حَفْصَةَ خِمَارٌ رَقِيقٌ فَشَقَّتْهُ عَائِشَةُ وَكَسَتْهَا خِمَارًا كَثِيفًا .
Yahya related to me from Malik from Alqama ibn Abi Alqama thathis mother said, "Hafsa bint Abd ar-Rahman visited A'isha, the wife ofthe Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and Hafsa waswearing a long thin head scarf. A'isha tore it in two and made a thickone for her." Translation Not Available
