وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا مَاتَ عُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ مَقْعَدُهُ بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ إِنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَمِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَمِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ يُقَالُ لَهُ هَذَا مَقْعَدُكَ حَتَّى يَبْعَثَكَ اللَّهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umarsaid that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant himpeace, said, "When you die, your place will be shown to you in themorning and the evening. If you are one of the people of the Garden,then you will be with the people of the Garden, and if you are one ofthe people of the Fire, then you will be with the people of the Fire.You will be told, 'This is your place of waiting until Allah raisesyou on the day of rising.'
