Narrated Sa'eed bin Jubair: from Ibn 'Abbas who said: "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said to Jibra'il: 'What prevents you from visiting us more than you visit us?'" He said: "So this Ayah was revealed: And we descend not except by the command of your Lord. To Him belongs what is before us and what is behind us." Up to the end of the Ayah (19:64).
