حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانٍ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ نُخْرِجَهُنَّ فِي يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَالنَّحْرِ . قَالَ قَالَتْ أُمُّ عَطِيَّةَ فَقُلْنَا أَرَأَيْتَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ لاَ يَكُونُ لَهَا جِلْبَابٌ قَالَ " فَلْتُلْبِسْهَا أُخْتُهَا مِنْ جِلْبَابِهَا " .
It wasnarrated that Umm ‘Atiyyah said: “The Messenger of Allah (PBUH)commanded us to bring them (the women) out on the day of Fitr and theday of Nahr.” Umm ‘Atiyyah said: “We said: ‘What if one ofthem doesnot have an outer covering?’ He said: ‘Let her sistershare her ownouter covering with her.’” Translation Not Available

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَخْرِجُوا الْعَوَاتِقَ وَذَوَاتِ الْخُدُورِ لِيَشْهَدْنَ الْعِيدَ وَدَعْوَةَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ . وَلِيَجْتَنِبَنَّ الْحُيَّضُ مُصَلَّى النَّاسِ " .

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ أَبِي رَمْلَةَ الشَّامِيِّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ هَلْ شَهِدْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عِيدَيْنِ فِي يَوْمٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ يَصْنَعُ قَالَ صَلَّى الْعِيدَ ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فَلْيُصَلِّ " .
It wasnarrated that Iyas bin Abi Ramlah Ash-Shami said: “I heard amanasking Zaid bin Arqam: ‘Were you present with the Messenger ofAllah (PBUH) when there were two ‘Eid on one day?’ He said: ‘Yes.’Hesaid: ‘What did he do?’ He said: ‘He prayed the ‘Eidprayer, then hegranted a concession not to pray the Friday, then hesaid: “Whoeverwants to pray (Friday), let him do so.”’” Translation Not Available
